Bourbon gift for husband
I stumbled upon this awesome site called Flaviar while searching for a gift for my hubby, and figured I'd give their annual membership a shot. I accidentally ended up signing up under my own name, but thankfully the customer service rep, Mickalia, was super helpful and got it changed to my husband's name. Everything's been great so far! Excited to see what else they have in store for us. Big thanks to Mickalia for all her help!
Whisky purchase - smooth transaction
I just bought some Scotch whisky from this website and I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Everything went smoothly, and I had no trouble finding what I wanted on the site. They had a great variety of whiskies to choose from, and the descriptions helped me pick out the perfect one for me.
2023 advent calendar
2. So yeah, my advent calendar showed up all beat up and damaged to start with. But then I got in touch with customer service, and I gotta say, I was pretty stoked with how fast they got back to me and how willing they were to send me a new one, even on a big holiday like Thanksgiving. They kept me in the loop the whole way through, so I didn't have to bug them for updates. And when the replacement arrived, it was even better than I expected! The customer service was seriously top-notch. I've already told my family about Flaviar because of how awesome they were.
Whiskey advent calendar disappointment
Our holiday season excitement quickly turned to a bummer when we opened the whiskey advent calendar on the 24th day and found out the sample was broken. I was annoyed and reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement. To my surprise, I got a quick response from Mickalia who gave me some options to fix the problem. Their customer service was amazing and made me believe in Flaviar again. Even though we had a hiccup, we're already looking forward to next year's advent calendar. I highly recommend Flaviar for their awesome products and great customer service.
Expensive subscription, leaked taster
I went all out and treated myself to a fancy subscription, and I was so pumped to get my hands on my first delivery. But, to my dismay, one of the samples had spilled during shipping, so I ended up with way less than I expected. Let me tell you, I was not impressed. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, and to my surprise, they got back to me within a day offering to send me a new sample. Props to them for the prompt reply, but honestly, it shouldn't have spilled in the first spot!
Smooth customer service
My experience with Flaviar was amazing! I had a small issue with my order, but when I contacted them, they responded quickly and were very helpful. Milda, the person helping me, really went out of their way to make sure my problem was fixed right away. You can tell that the people at Flaviar care about their customers and want to give great service. I'm really impressed and will definitely be coming back to shop with them again.
Sampler pack
I ordered a sampler pack from Flaviar not too long ago and I gotta say, they have an amazing variety of spirits to choose from. It was really cool being able to try out different types of alcohol and find some new favorites. But here's the thing - I kinda messed up when it came to renewing my membership. I totally missed the email about the yearly renewal and ended up getting charged without even knowing it. Let me tell ya, it was a pricey mistake to make. I would recommend to anyone else out there to keep a close eye on their memberships so they don't end up with any unexpected charges.
Whiskey subscription gift
I thought it would be a nice surprise for my husband to get a whiskey subscription gift from Flaviar, and they actually had the first shipment show up right on time. We had a bit of a question about the samples that came in the package, but Flaviar responded super fast and gave us all the info we needed. Their customer service was excellent and really made the whole thing a lot more fun.
Whisky exploration
I got given a membership as a gift, eh, and had a great time trying out all kinds of whiskies. I ended up finding out that I really love bourbon, all thanks to this experience! The local distributor even went above and beyond to make sure my address was right and that the delivery went smoothly. Big congratulations to the team for doing an awesome job!

This place is amazing, I get to try all sorts of new things I never even thought about. It's like a candy store for adults!
Advent calendar purchase
I bought one of those calendar things from Flaviar for my husband, but some of the little bottles got messed up in the mail. I called their customer service, and I gotta say, they were super fast and fixed everything right away. Spela was amazing and really went out of her way to make sure we were happy. They sent us new stuff quickly, and my husband loved it. The whiskey in the calendar was top-notch, and he had a blast trying out a new one each night.
Got gift subscription
I received this subscription as a gift and it was awesome. However, one of the samples was nearly empty! Luckily, the customer service was really quick and friendly in addressing the issue. I will definitely continue to support this company and make more orders in the future!

As someone who doesn't know much about whiskey, it was pretty tough to pick out a gift for a whiskey lover. I was really happy to discover a company that gives personalized customer service to help me out. Abigale was super patient and friendly, she answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction towards the perfect whiskey for my buddy. She took the time to walk me through the various types of whiskey and even suggested a few based on my friend's likes. With her help, I made a well-informed choice and my friend absolutely loved the gift.

I've been loving my time with the liquor club subscription service. They've got a great range of spirits from different brands, so there's something for everyone. Bought whiskey advent calendar and occasional bottles
I've been getting that whiskey advent calendar for 3 years now, you know! My husband really enjoys it, so I make sure to get it every year. Sometimes I also order some bottles from them, and they always have really interesting stuff, eh. If there's ever an issue with my order, they always make it right and go above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, and I truly value that, eh!
Advent calendar set purchase
I contacted customer service last weekend about the advent calendar I bought. I was happy to get a response within a day, especially during Thanksgiving weekend. The rep gave me all the info I needed, and I really appreciated their prompt help. The advent calendar was awesome, with good value and a sweet bonus of two glasses this year. My wife and I loved sharing it and plan to make it a yearly tradition for sure.
