    I've been a loyal customer for more than a year, enjoying all sorts of quality meats. But lately, the service and product quality have really gone downhill. It all started with me not getting any shipping notifications, so I had to keep bugging them to actually send my orders. The last three boxes I got were full of super greasy salami that they said was fine, and some moldy, nasty-tasting stuff that I couldn't even eat. It's been a real letdown.

    Moldy meat in second order

    What in the world is up with the quality control at this place, eh? I was expecting some top-quality meats, but I ended up getting moldy jerky in my second order and expired jerky in the third. And the delivery is all over the place - it's like a surprise every month. Definitely not getting my money's worth, that's for sure.

    Christmas gift purchase

    Man, dealing with this company was a complete disaster. I placed an order for a gift on November 21st, expecting it to ship out in a few days like they said. But instead, I had to deal with constant delays and unhelpful responses from their customer service team. It took nearly a whole month for them to finally ship the item, missing Christmas altogether. The lack of communication and efficiency was super frustrating. And trying to contact their delivery company, CanPar, just added to the headache. The whole thing was a nightmare, and I had to straight up ask for my money back in the end. What’s even worse is that they tried to hush up negative feedback by deleting my comments and blocking me from their social media pages. That’s just not cool, and it gives off a totally wrong idea of how happy their customers really are. Yeah, I did end up getting my money back, but the whole mess was handled so poorly. I’d tell anyone thinking of buying from this company to seriously rethink it.

    Subscription as a gift

    I bought a subscription as a gift for my buddy not too long ago and man, I gotta say, the customer service was a real letdown. I placed the order on December 2 and then, nada. No updates on when it would ship, even after I emailed them to follow up. Finally, on December 22, I got a notification that it was shipped, but obviously, it was way too late for Christmas. I'm done with this subscription and I would caution others to really think it over before buying from these guys. The lack of communication and not even explaining the delay was just not cool at all. It felt like they really didn't care about keeping their customers happy.

    December 6 order

    I wanted to share my recent experience with you that I had on the 6th of December when I made a purchase. Unfortunately, it didn't go very well, eh. The item I bought wasn't labeled as out of stock or running low, and there was no communication about any possible delays. It wasn't until the 18th of December that I had to send an email to the company to ask about my order. The response I got said that my order would arrive in time for Christmas, but by the 22nd, there was still nothing. Later, I received another email from them saying that my order wasn't sent out due to stock problems. They gave me the choice of getting a refund or waiting for them to ship it later. Throughout this whole thing, they didn't bother to contact me first about the issue or give any updates. As a new customer, this sort of stuff was a real turn-off, and now I don't think very highly of this company. With Christmas just 2 days away and no order in sight, I decided to ask for a refund. So, watch out when dealing with this company, it seems like they don't care much about putting their customers first. Looks like they're more about waiting for us to complain instead of fixing things before we even notice.

    Three month subscription

    I recently got a three-month subscription for my elderly dad from this company. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been really disappointing and frustrating. I clearly told them I only wanted the three months and no renewals, but they still charged my credit card after the three months were up. I wrote to them to cancel and make sure they got it, but six months later, they charged my card again without asking. Then they blocked me from their website, so I couldn't cancel on my own. It's just not right to ignore customers like that. I had to cancel my credit card to stop more charges. I know what to do from my job in baking to deal with this kind of fraud. I'll be fighting the charges with my credit card company to get my money back. I suggest others stay away from this company. They don't seem to care about stopping charges, no matter how hard you try to cancel.

    Man, Carnivore Club is just not cutting it for me. I placed an order for a box and it took forever to show up. And when it finally did, some of the meats were all spoiled because they were left in the hot summer weather for too long. Gross, eh? Plus, they keep messing up my shipments, so I have to email them constantly just to make sure I get my box each month. It's so frustrating!

    UK Carnivore Club subscription

    As someone who bought a subscription to Carnivore Club in the UK, I was really let down by the service I got. The boxes stopped coming after a while, and when I looked into it, I found out the company had been sold without letting the customers know. I tried reaching out to the new owners, but they never got my subscription going again and the boxes never showed up. The lack of communication and follow-up on their part has been super frustrating and disappointing.
