Order experience
I had a really bad experience with their customer service. They were super fast to reply before I bought something, but after I made my order, they totally ghosted me. They never picked up the phone or replied to my emails. It's so annoying to feel like you're being ignored after dropping your cash. Customer service is key to any business, and they totally dropped the ball on this one.
Plant Collagen product
I really respect companies that say they're all about honesty, but after dealing with this one, I'm not so sure about their true intentions. Even though they promote themselves as open and honest, they were pretty reluctant to share key details about their products when I asked. Specifically, I wanted to know about the level of arsenic in their Plant Collagen, which has rice bran solubles that are known to have high levels of this dangerous substance. They refused to give me this info, saying they wouldn't sell something they wouldn't use themselves. This lack of transparency has me seriously worried about the safety and reliability of what they're selling. In my opinion, if a company talks the talk about being transparent, they should definitely walk the walk by giving customers the important details to ensure the safety and quality of their products.
