I just got this subscription from this company, and honestly, their customer service didn't impress me at all. I had to cancel my order because it was sent out without my say-so, but it took them a long 9 days to finally get back to me. And when I tried to return the package unopened, it took another 9 days to hear back about what to do next. That's just not cool in my books, eh.

The order went through at first, but then I got a notice saying they were out of stock and cancelled the order because they thought the voucher code was fake, eh. And then, to top it all off, they started offering the same free samples for 9€, eh. I find this kind of behavior totally unacceptable and just plain cheeky, eh.
