My experience with TEZ Tour was absolutely amazing from the moment I started planning my vacation right up until the end. I went on vacation with my family using this company and it was amazing! The hotel was really nice and the pool was great. We even did a city tour and saw all the cool stuff. I'm looking forward to going on another trip with them!

I just booked this all-inclusive vacation package from that tour company and boy, was I ever let down. The whole booking ordeal was a mess, customer service was a joke, the prices were way too high, and I didn't even get my travel papers on time. Total bummer.

I just booked a vacation package with this company, and I gotta say I was totally let down by the service. The pricing was all over the place, ended up shelling out more than what they told me at the start. And let me tell ya, the whole ordering process was a mess - hidden fees, surprise charges that they didn't mention upfront. Plus, I had problems getting my travel docs on time, showed up late and had me all stressed out. Overall, dealing with this company was a huge headache and they seriously need to step up their customer service game.

My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. The booking process was such a pain, eh, it was confusing and long, eh. And the customer service agents weren't much help at all, all they cared about was trying to sell me extra stuff I didn't need instead of actually helping with my booking, eh. And the prices weren't even that great, eh, I was expecting better with all the options out there, eh. And when I finally got my vacation papers, they were full of mistakes and missing info, causing so much stress and confusion before my trip, eh. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to other travelers looking for an easy booking experience, eh.
Family vacation package
The booking process was super simple and easy. I found the pricing a bit high compared to other tour companies, which was a bummer. The service was just okay, nothing amazing but also not terrible. They did get me all the necessary documents and info on time, so that was good.
Vacation package booking
I just booked a vacation package with TEZ Tour and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. The whole booking process was all over the place, took forever, and the staff weren't very helpful. And when I finally got my package booked, the pricing wasn't as good as they made it seem. On top of that, my documents took forever to arrive, which just stressed me out more. Overall, my time with TEZ Tour wasn't great, so I wouldn't suggest using their services to anyone.
Transfer
Unfortunately the transfer service in Greece is very very poor. A 20 km you have to spend in a very big bus around 2 hours with a lot of kids and it is really verry inconfortable, and also we lose 1 day from ours holliday.
Never choose this company!
