Transfer booking experience
My experience booking a transfer was super easy and quick. I just clicked a few times to book, pay, and get confirmation. Even though I booked in the morning, the driver showed up right on time. They were really professional and nice, way more awake than me! I was really impressed with how smooth and dependable the service was.

Wrong hotel name mistake, kind driver, refused tip
I made a silly mistake and put the wrong hotel name in my booking, oops! But the driver was super nice and realized my error. He still took me to the correct place even though it was a bit further than expected, and he didn't even ask for more money. I tried to give him a tip because he was so amazing, but he wouldn't take it! Thanks a lot, Ikram! You're the best!

I took this service from Syracuse to Ottawa and it was really good. At first, I was worried because some people said it might be a scam, but having Sam as my driver made me feel reassured. He was really nice, gave me my space, and made me feel safe on the late-night trip. I would definitely recommend him to others. Although, I do have a few ideas to make the service even better.
Airport transfer for in-laws

It was super easy to book online for a private transfer to the airport last minute. The price was good compared to other choices and the car was really clean and neat. The driver was super friendly and even gave me a bottle of water. Paying was easy and the driver kept in touch well. The only not-so-great part was the iffy car tracking on the website.
