Zoo York products, jeans, shoes, masks
I've been shopping at this store for a while now and I have to say, their sale prices and selection of Zoo York products are amazing. The jeans fit me just right and the price is perfect for what I like. I always find really comfy and trendy shoes at great deals too. With everything going on with COVID-19, I've been using their online service for safety and convenience, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. I gotta say, ordering was easy peasy - no issues there. But the service, well that's a whole other story. The folks there were more into their own convo than helping me out. Prices were decent, but I could probably snag a better deal somewhere else. Delivery was alright, got my stuff in a reasonable time, so no big complaints there.
Oversized hoodie purchase
I totally bought this huge hoodie, but it was way too big so I had to return it. The customer service at that store was amazing, eh! The person who helped me out was super nice and really knew their stuff. They helped me find the right size for the hoodie I wanted, and the return was a breeze.
