The customer service was terrible, with rude and unhelpful people who seemed more interested in making excuses than actually helping me. The price was way too high for what I got, and the delivery took way too long. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you want to throw your money away on a bad product and bad service.

Ring purchase
So I got this ring and it looked really nice online, but when I actually got it, it felt so cheap and kinda looked like plastic! I asked what it was made of and they didn't tell me anything! They claimed it was Rhodium, but I'm not buying it!
