    Suit purchase

    I bought a suit from this company, and unfortunately, it didn't fit well. I decided to return it within the 30-day return period. When I got the suit back, the return form had 'Old Order' written on it and the return window was highlighted in yellow. I wasn't given an explanation for this. Upon looking into it, I found out the company went into administration last year but was still taking orders. This makes me worried about getting my £110 refund. I contacted the company by email, but I'm not very optimistic about getting a good solution.

    Funky sock patterns

    The sock patterns at this store are kind of disappointing. I was pumped to see some sustainable socks with cool designs like space ships, bikes, and dinosaurs, but they only had them in men's sizes. Come on, it's 2021 - we should be over this gendered stuff by now! I even left a comment about it months ago, but never got a response. It's frustrating when companies talk about being inclusive and sustainable but don't actually deliver in their products and customer service.

    I recently ordered 5 items and ended up having to return 3 of them. Two of the items were defective and one didn't fit right. Even the 2 items I kept had some issues, like loose threads on the dress. The quality just didn't match the price I paid, and it was disappointing. I was really looking forward to these items, but they didn't meet my expectations. I wouldn't suggest this brand since there are better options with better quality and lower prices available.

    I recently ordered from this store twice last month. The first order was disappointing because the cardigan I got was low quality with a hole in it. I had to send both items back due to the poor quality. But, the refund process was smooth and I got my money back in 2 weeks. Despite that, I decided to give them another shot and ordered the same cardigan in two different colors. This time, the items were much better and I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I don't think their items are worth full price because the quality is inconsistent, but I might buy from them again if there are good discounts.

    Return and refund issue

    I've been dealing with a terrible situation with this company since they went into administration. I sent back some items that didn't fit and now I'm stuck trying to get my money back. The items I kept were good quality, but the return process has been a nightmare. The package was lost for weeks, and at first, they only offered me an e-gift card because of the administration. After some arguing, they agreed to refund my money, but surprise, surprise, it still hasn't shown up. They keep sending me gift cards instead of actually giving me my money back. It's so frustrating and feels like a total scam. And to make matters worse, they won't even give me a phone number to talk to someone about it. My poor £71.90 seems to have disappeared into thin air.

    Poor quality garments

    I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago and man, was I ever let down by the quality of the clothes I got. They were like, poorly put together and the sizes were totally off. And get this, when I wanted to send them back, they told me I had to pay for the shipping myself. Like, really? That's not cool at all, especially since the clothes were not even that great to begin with. It's pretty obvious that looking after their customers is, like, not high on their list of priorities. They really don't seem to care if we're happy with what we get.

    Poor quality item, customer service issue

    So, I bought something from this company not long ago and I gotta say, the quality was super low. I wasn't happy with it at all. I reached out to their customer service team like they told me to, asking for a refund. But after waiting for weeks and bugging them for updates, they finally told me that the company went under and no refunds would be given. The way they handled everything was just not cool - no communication, no transparency. Totally not okay.

    Bralettes - Good fit and quality

    I grabbed the bralettes about 2 weeks ago and I'm pleased with them so far. The material feels nice, they fit well, and they look pretty cute. Can't say for sure how long they'll last but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Figuring out the size was a bit of a challenge, but I eventually settled on the right fit (M). All in all, I'm happy with what I bought.

    Bamboo fabric clothing, great fit

    I recently bought two things made out of Bamboo fabric and I am so happy with them. Because of my skin troubles, I can only sleep with Bamboo bedding, so it's been tough finding clothes that work for me. But these Bamboo clothes were just right. Even though I usually wear a size 12, I went with a size 10 after reading reviews and they fit perfectly. The fabric is super comfy and cool, I'll definitely be getting more in the future.

    I've been shopping at this store forever and usually never return things, but I actually had to recently and they refunded all my money. It's a bit disappointing though that they make you pay for returns now. I sent my stuff back with the postman for around $3 and it arrived fine. I love that their products are eco-friendly and their yoga pants are really comfortable, but I'm not a fan of the new nylon material they're using. I had no clue they were having financial troubles when I made my purchase.

    Socks for a wedding

    I bought a new pair of socks to wear to a wedding and thought they looked great at first. But, once I put them on, I noticed they were really poor quality. The socks got a hole in them and the brand name started peeling off after just a few hours. I contacted the company to tell them how disappointed I was, and they said they'd send me a new pair. However, I still haven't received anything and it's almost November now. I've lost all hope of getting a replacement. This whole experience has been a big disappointment, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I gotta tell you, I recently bought some stuff from this place and I am super impressed. I got this jumpsuit that fits like a dream, it's made of the softest cotton. The Sicilian style print on it is so unique and eye-catching. And to top it off, they even threw in some free bamboo socks that are really top quality. Then, feeling a bit daring, I decided to snag two men's shirts and rock them as women's wear. The cotton fabric is amazing and the map print on them is super cool. And yup, you guessed it, they also came with more of those high-quality bamboo socks. The items were wrapped beautifully and arrived at my door in record time. The quality is top-notch and I really appreciated the NHS discount code. Keep it up, you're doing great!

    I recently purchased some awesome clothes from this store. I really liked that they used all paper packaging and natural fabrics. It was a nice touch. They also have a good return policy, which is a bonus. But then I discovered that the clothes were made in China, and that was a bit disappointing.     I've always had good experiences with this company. I've bought a few pieces of clothing from them and have always been happy with how they look and feel. Their customer service is top-notch too.     So, I ordered some things online and they didn't fit, so I had to send them back to get my money back. But then, it took forever for them to even acknowledge that they received it. I had to bug them on social media just to get a response! They finally said they were processing the refund, but it didn't show up. After messaging them again, I finally got my money back. They blamed it on some 'system glitch', but seriously, just give me my money back on time! I do like their clothes, good quality and all, but next time I'll just shop at John Lewis for a better delivery and refund process.
