Two items
I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase of two items. The shipping took forever, and they kept coming up with excuses and making false promises. I only got one of the things I ordered, even though they said they'd give me half my money back for the delay. I suggest checking out other stores that are more trustworthy for your shopping needs.
Fake Samsung QLED 8K TV Purchase
I bought this Samsung QLED 8K TV from that store on Storenvy and turns out it was fake. I got scammed out of over $3000 plus extra fees. I tried emailing them multiple times but never heard back. Finally, after a big hassle with my bank, I got a full refund. Don't trust that store on Storenvy, they're a bunch of frauds.
Berber baskets
Yeah, so I totally bought these really cute berber baskets online, but then the seller told me they were all sold out and now they're not even responding to my messages. I'd say just steer clear of buying from them.
Oceanside/Kitchen Market product
As someone who shops regularly on Storenvy, I'm feeling pretty frustrated about the ongoing problems with products from Oceanside/Kitchen Market. It's really disappointing to see other customers struggling while the business keeps running on Storenvy without making any fixes. Today, I decided to contact Storenvy to talk about these issues and make sure all customers have a better shopping experience.
"Don't Tread on Me Shirt"
This company is ridiculous! They promote listings, take a cut, and then just decide something violates their rules out of nowhere. What rules, exactly?! "At our discretion" is not a rule that makes any sense. And they even said they might close down my shop because of a simple political statement. How about trying to control freedom of speech? I won't be using this platform anymore, that's for sure.
Unreceived order
Sorry, but I never got the stuff I ordered. The seller wouldn't answer and I had to open a Paypal dispute. It was a total scam and I was really let down by how unreliable this website is. I wouldn't suggest buying from this seller or using Storenvy as a go-between.
Product from a certain store
I bought something from a store on Storenvy back in January 2021, and it's now March 2021 and I still haven't got it. I paid with my credit card, but after trying many times to get in touch with the store, I haven't heard anything about my order or received a refund. This kind of sketchy business practice is not okay, especially right now with everything going on. It's obvious that they're not taking their responsibilities seriously and are only focused on making money fast instead of giving good service to their customers. I really suggest not buying from this store and would warn anyone thinking about it to really think twice before giving them your hard-earned money.
Birthday gift earrings
I bought these cute earrings from this company for my birthday. But, oh my God, it's been weeks and still no shipping confirmation. My boyfriend even tried to contact them, but no response. I also tried reaching out through their website, but no luck either. It's been over two months now and I still haven't received my order. Honestly, the lack of communication and customer service from this company is just so disappointing, eh?
Clothing items
I recently ordered some clothes from Storenvy but my package never showed up. I contacted Storenvy and they quickly gave me a refund. The folks who run the store were hard to reach, so I had to go through the site. Storenvy was really helpful and understanding though. This whole thing has made me a bit more careful about online shopping, so I'll be researching more before buying anything else from there. It's good to remember that YouTube reviews aren't always trustworthy because a lot of YouTubers are sponsored by the companies they talk about.
Earrings purchase
I bought a pair of earrings from this store and it's been a total nightmare. I haven't gotten any shipping confirmation for weeks, and I've tried reaching out through their website, email, and social media with no luck. It's obvious that this store is sketchy and not worth your time or money.
Wool jacket purchase
I ordered a wool jacket from this online store, thinking it would be nice. But man, I was so wrong! The jacket I got was terrible - wrong color, wrong style, wrong everything! And it came from China with Chinese tags, even though the website said it was Canadian. Plus, the customer service is terrible - I've emailed them several times and haven't heard anything back. Don't bother with this store, it's not worth the hassle!
Wallet purchase
I bought a wallet a few months back and I haven't got it yet. The store said they gave me my money back on my credit card, but it's been way too long and still no refund. I've tried emailing them many times but no reply. This seems like a scam, so be careful when buying from them.
Dress
I bought a dress from this store not long ago and man, was I let down by the service. I dropped a good chunk of change on it, but the product I got just didn't cut it for me. And to top it off, when I tried to return it and reached out to customer service, they told me they don't do returns. That kind of rigidity and poor customer service is just not cool and it's definitely left me feeling pretty disappointed.

I had a terrible time trying to buy something from this website. The checkout process is so unorganized and not trustworthy. It's like a game of chance if your order will work or not. I tried to pay a few times, but just kept getting that circle that spins forever. At the end, I had three of the same thing in my cart because it messed up. My suggestion? Make sure you have enough money on your card before you buy, or you could get stuck with more stuff than you want.

I'm really frustrated! I bought some adorable stickers and now my Storenvy shop got disabled. I don't understand what I did wrong! I didn't receive any email explaining the reason. I reached out to them but haven't heard back. It's so disappointing! Storenvy is such a hassle, it shouldn't even exist. Ugh!
Kitchen products purchase
I just bought some kitchen stuff from that store, and let me tell you, their service was amazing. Even though they were hit with some natural disasters, they still stuck with their original prices for great quality products. The owner was super helpful and understanding, especially when I had to switch up the shipping address at the last minute. I can honestly say I'll be shopping there for a long time to come.
Clothing purchase
I was so disappointed with Storenvy as a customer! Their customer service was seriously lacking. Ordering stuff was such a pain - confusing with hardly any options to track my order. The prices were okay, but not knowing when my stuff would arrive was a huge problem. And when it did finally show up, the package was all busted up because of the poor packaging. I'm just so frustrated and definitely not planning on shopping with Storenvy again.
Items from a now-defunct store
I bought something from a store that shut down, and I'm so frustrated. Even though the store closed, they still took my money. When I found out, I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. It was such a hassle.
Online purchase scam
This store is such a rip-off. They suck you in with pretty pictures on Pinterest, but once you order, you never get your stuff. Their customer service is terrible and they won't give you any money back. Stay far away from this store, it's a total disaster.
Native American jacket
I got this really awesome Native American jacket from Storenvy a couple weeks back, eh? But guess what? It never showed up! I tried reaching out to them through their support page, but they totally ignored my problem. And to make matters worse, there's no phone number to call for help. Their customer service is just awful, eh? I'm swearing off Storenvy for good and I'm definitely spreading the word about my bad experience to everyone, you betcha!
