Recent dental appointment
When I first went to this new dental office, I was a bit nervous. But let me tell you, it was amazing! Right from the start, the staff were so friendly and really knew what they were doing. The hygienist was gentle and really took their time, and the dentist was super smart and paid attention to all my needs. I left feeling really good about my teeth and so thankful for the great care I received. If you need a trustworthy and caring dental office, I totally suggest checking this place out.
Toothbrush and toothpaste
The toothbrush and toothpaste I bought were top-notch and they've really made my oral care routine better. The customer service at the store was outstanding - the staff were super friendly, knew their stuff, and went out of their way to help me find the right products for me. I'll definitely be going back to Smile Makers for all my dental needs. Keep it up!
Fast delivery, confidential, great products (especially the surfer).
When it comes to getting what you want fast and on the down low, this place is where it's at. The stuff they got is high-quality, and they even have some cool things like the surfer that really catch your eye. I like how quick and private they are. Definitely my top choice for a smooth and easy shopping trip.
I ordered something but never got it
I ordered something from here but I never received it! The company didn't give me any updates on where my stuff was or what was going on. I wouldn't trust them again.
My braces approximately 6 months ago.
I got my braces done at Smile Makers about 6 months ago, and they have been nothing but trouble, eh? They always feel like they're poking me and hurting my gums. Plus, the wires keep coming loose and poking me in the cheeks. I tried calling them for help, but they just said there's nothing they can do about it. I feel like they don't care about how uncomfortable I am with my braces at all. I wish I had gone somewhere else for my braces, eh?
Missing order
I can't believe how terrible this company is at communicating! I placed an order and haven't heard anything back. How can a business run like that? It's ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this whole situation.
