Replacement battery for watch
I needed a new battery for my watch and was happy to find a cheap option at Replace Base. Replacement Samsung S10e battery

Genuine Apple battery purchase
I bought an Apple battery from Replace Base and was real let down. They said it would work with my phone but it actually messed things up. The battery didn't show the percentage right and caused errors on my phone that won't go away. Plus, the battery was already 2 years old when I got it. If I knew about all these issues, I would have picked a different brand. The screen gasket seal that came with it seemed old too and got wrecked when I tried to put it in. Overall, my whole experience was a big disappointment. The product and customer service both let me down and made me feel like they didn't care at all.
Screen replacement
I just bought a new screen for my device from Replace Base. Ordering it was super easy and I got the screen real quick. But when I took my device to get fixed, they told me they couldn't do the replacement and had to send it to a lab. Even though the screen came fast, I was pretty bummed about how things turned out.
