Disappointing purchase
The package looked nice. However, I didn't really like how soft and smooth the product was on the outside. It was handy that the charge cable was USB, but they didn't include an adapter. The app seemed like a good idea, but I had trouble with Bluetooth connections and the small buttons made it hard to use. Even though it was supposed to be flexible, the shape of the device was uncomfortable for me. I reached out to customer service to return it and they replied quickly, but I was disappointed that they only offered store credit for returns.
Tenuto 2
The Tenuto 2 product works pretty good overall, but the design with the rigid right angles can be kinda uncomfortable for people who aren't super skinny. It does its job well, but I gotta say the universal remote is a real pain. You gotta pair it every time you turn on a device, and it shuts off on its own pretty quickly. Having to keep pairing and turning on the remote all the time really messes with the whole experience. Plus, the app can be a bit tricky to use, especially when you're just trying to switch settings while chilling at home.
Discreet and versatile pleasure device

It was awesome! I got this new toy and it's way better than the last one I had. The customer service was amazing, they helped me exchange it for something much better. I had some trouble trying to pair the app with my device. I reached out to customer support and was really happy with how helpful and polite they were in their response. The guy who helped me was really professional, polite, and went the extra mile to help me sort out the problems I was having with my Galaxy S-23 and Bluetooth connection. In the end, the service was exactly as they had promised, and I really appreciated the personal touch.

I was really looking forward to trying out the Tenuto 2 from this company, but I ended up feeling let down. The device was rigid and not comfortable to use, plus I was annoyed that the charging port wasn't covered. The app was hard to navigate because of confusing button symbols, and I had trouble fitting myself into the device properly. After using it a few times, something broke inside and it stopped working. It was also noisy and bothered me while using it. All in all, I didn't think this product was groundbreaking or worth the money.
Got the wrong box
Hey, so I ordered something online and ended up getting a battery in the package instead. But MysteryVibe totally came through and fixed the mix-up! I'm really looking forward to receiving my actual order next week. I have a good feeling it's going to be awesome. Their customer service is top-notch!
Remote controlled vibrator
I was pretty let down by that remote control vibrator I bought, it didn't live up to what I was hoping for. But, I gotta say, the customer service I got was amazing. Even though they don't take returns on items like that, they gave me a full refund right away. They really showed me that they care about their customers. If I see something else I like from them down the road, I'd definitely think about buying from them again.
