Clutch with initials
Amazing customer service! I was really struggling with whether or not to put my initials on my clutch, but after I made a mistake in my order and finally made a decision, Lucy from customer service was super quick to help and correct it. The product's quality is top-notch, and it's such a good deal. I highly recommend this company for their fantastic service and products.
Makeup bags, tote
I got my order yesterday and I was so excited to open it up! The customer service was great and since I'm in Canada, it arrived pretty quickly. The makeup bags and tote that I got are really cute and the quality is fantastic. I love them so much that I ended up ordering more stuff already and I can't wait to see what else they have!
Personalized Jumbo canvas tote
I recently bought a big canvas tote from this store, but ended up getting a smaller one. Wasn't too happy at first, but the customer service totally made up for it. They sorted out the mix-up real quick and sent me the right big tote in no time. The team, especially Lin, was so professional and quick to respond. Really impressed with how they handled everything and made sure I was happy.
Daughter's birthday gift
I ordered something for my daughter's 30th birthday and was expecting it to arrive in 3-4 weeks. But then I got an email saying it would actually take 6 weeks. I was worried it wouldn't come in time, so I contacted customer service. Lin got back to me right away and promised to speed up my order by April 15th. I really appreciated her quick action and dedication to helping me. Today, on April 23rd, I got an update that my order has been sent out. I'm really impressed with how well Lin and the team at Lily and Bean communicated and helped me out. Thanks for the great customer service!
Beautiful personalized bag for my niece's birthday
I was checking out these awesome bags and thought it would be the perfect gift for my niece who just turned 12 last week. I ordered it online and had a question about when it would arrive, so I sent them an email. They were really friendly and answered my question, making sure I would get the bag in time for her party. It arrived right on schedule and she absolutely adored it! Hands down, the best gift ever!
New backpack
I was waiting and waiting for my new backpack that I ordered online. It had been over 5 weeks and I still hadn't received anything! Finally, I decided to send them a message to see what was going on. Lin got back to me and said they were super busy and it would be several more weeks before my order was ready. I told her I knew orders were taking longer than usual and that's why I ordered so early, but I needed it for a holiday and I was in Australia so it would take longer to arrive. Lin was super nice and said she would hurry my order along so it would ship out in a few days. Thanks Lin for helping me out!
Mother's Day make-up bag gift
I always go to Lily and Bean for gifts for my friends and family. The quality is top-notch, and everyone I've given their items to has loved them. Just recently, I bought a lovely makeup bag for my mother-in-law as a Mother's Day present. I was really impressed with the variety of products on the website and how easy it was to place an order. I had a question about the delivery date, so I sent an email. Lin from customer service got back to me quickly and was super helpful, giving me all the information I needed right away. My shopping experience at Lily and Bean was great all around.

Tote bag purchase
So I got this tote bag from this place recently and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The quality is amazing and the design is just beautiful. But, I kinda forgot that I'll be moving in May, and the waiting period for personalized bags is 4-6 weeks, which could have been a problem. Luckily, the customer service team really came through for me. Lin, in particular, was absolutely amazing. She really went out of her way to make sure my order was processed quickly and she kept me updated every step of the way. Because of her, I got my bag in time for my move. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, all thanks to Lin's exceptional help. I'll definitely be coming back once I'm all settled in my new place. The bag itself is awesome, and the customer service was top-notch.

However, after receiving the confirmation email, I was shocked to see that it would actually take 6 weeks to arrive, eh. I reached out to customer service for help, and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service provided by Lin, eh. I just got my daughter's birthday gift from that store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it! The product is top-notch and my daughter was over the moon with it. I called customer service about my order and Lucy helped me out. I placed my order five weeks ago but hadn't heard anything since. Lucy said the bag I wanted was out of stock and would take a while to be available. She suggested I pick a different color and said she would rush my order since I needed it for an upcoming vacation. I really liked how she took care of everything quickly. I hope I get the bag before my trip and if it's as good as Lucy's service, I know I'll be happy with my purchase.
