Knife sharpening kit
I recently bought a knife sharpening kit from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. But after I got the kit, I realized I had picked the wrong size. I got in touch with customer service and this guy named Josh helped me out right away. But I really liked the light, so I asked if I could just get a replacement instead. Josh was on it right away and even got the replacement shipped to me at no extra cost. I was so impressed by how smoothly and efficiently they handled everything. Great customer service like that is hard to come by these days, eh?
Backpack purchase
I just got myself a backpack from Knife Country USA and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went down. Ordering it was easy and quick, plus I was stoked to see that the backpack I wanted was actually in stock and not overpriced. Even with all the craziness going on with COVID-19, the shipping time they gave me was spot on. I was thrilled to get the notification that my package was on its way just 2 days after ordering, and even more pumped when it showed up at my door within a week. The backpack was packed up super well and arrived in mint condition.

I juss bought my buddy a Gerber Gator with the 154CM blade, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. The whole process of ordering was super easy and the owner even double-checked the shipping address, which was a nice touch. The cost for such a top-notch everyday carry knife was unbeatable, I haven't seen a better deal anywhere else. Now I just gotta find one for myself!
Delayed Shipping
