I was kinda worried about my bike order, but they were really understanding. They had to get it from another place first and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The bike came fully assembled and ready to ride, no issues there. The only downside was the tracking. It was confusing and the links kept taking me to the homepage instead of the tracking page. I had to reach out to them for the correct link. It would be much better if the tracking was simplified, especially for pricey items like bikes.

So yeah, I got myself a bike from this shop 'cause I couldn't find it anywhere else in Ireland. The prices were alright, but then I realized they were having a Black Friday sale just a week after I made the purchase. The customer service was pretty responsive, and I received my bike in about two weeks. I had to pay extra for shipping to Ireland, but it was worth it to get exactly what I was looking for!

It was a real hassle trying to figure out what was missing, and it caused a lot of inconvenience.
Faulty Derailleur Parts
I bought a bike from this store not too long ago, but ran into some issues with the derailleur parts. The jockey wheels were making a truly awful screeching sound, so I contacted customer service for assistance. I showed them proof of the problem and explained that I had already tried lubricating it, but the representative wasn't very helpful. They kept putting the blame on me and even suggested I take up a warranty claim with the manufacturer. In the end, I had to sort out the problem on my own, which was quite a hassle. When I tried to talk to the customer service manager about my concerns, they didn't seem interested in listening to my complaint at all. All in all, a really disappointing experience.

And when the sale finally hit, the prices went even higher, making me feel like I was getting taken advantage of, eh. The lack of honesty and transparency from the company really rubbed me the wrong way, eh.

I recently bought an exercise bike from Fitstore24 and I gotta say, I haven't been too impressed with the whole experience. I was really looking forward to getting my bike after I ordered it, but it took weeks and it still wasn't here. I tried reaching out to their customer service team a few times, but I didn't get any updates or explanations about why my order was taking so long. The fact that they haven't been communicating well or being clear about what's going on has got me feeling pretty frustrated. I just want a company that I can rely on and that takes responsibility for their actions, but it doesn't seem like Fitstore24 is doing that right now.
Mountain bike purchase
The bikes arrived really quickly and were packaged well, which was awesome. It would've been even better if they had let us know when they were coming, but luckily, someone was home. When we were putting the bikes together, we realized we needed a special tool to tighten the headset nut for both bikes. Luckily, our neighbor is a bike mechanic and could help us out. Customer service didn't seem to know much about what we were talking about when we complained - they thought the headset assembly was the stem. It wasn't until we kept pressing that we finally got an apology. Overall, the delivery was fast and the packaging was good, but the lack of notice and the unhelpful customer service were a bit disappointing.
