Farfetch really impressed me with their amazing customer service. The delivery was right on time, and I really like how easy the app is to use, especially the size guide feature. It's super user-friendly. I also appreciate getting notifications when items are back in stock. Being a platinum user, I've enjoyed the discounts and perks they offer. The packaging is good, but sometimes it could be tidier. There were a few times when the Farfetch box arrived a bit damaged, but luckily the product inside was fine. In my last purchase, the Dries Van Noten box was a bit dinged up, but nothing major. One suggestion I have for the app is to allow more than 100 items on the wishlist, since I keep hitting that limit. Overall, my experience with Farfetch has been great, and I really appreciate their focus on making customers happy.

Sandals in new condition
I just got a wicked pair of sandals from Farfetch and it was such a great experience! They got here pretty quick, considering they came from another country. They were brand new, still in the box and even came with a dust bag. Plus, they were way cheaper than if I bought them in-store. I sent one pair back but kept the other one, and returning them was super easy. The only downside was the short return window. You don't actually get a full 14 days to decide, since you have to send them back within that time frame, only leaving a few days to make up your mind. Still, returning them was no problem at all.

I recently got a fancy dress from this online store and I have to say I was a bit let down by how it was packaged and presented. The dress wasn't cheap, but it came in a regular ol' plastic bag inside the usual Farfetch box. I was expecting something a bit fancier, like maybe some tissue paper and a nice note to show that they care about their customers and take pride in what they sell. Instead, the plain packaging made it seem like my order was just another thing picked quickly off a shelf. Paying attention to the little things is so important in the high-end fashion world, so I would have liked a more thoughtful packaging job.

The customer service for Private Clients at this online retailer is so good, eh! I had a problem with the delivery driver not making the delivery, but Farfetch handled it like a pro and fixed the issue right away.
