    PayPal refund issues

    I recently had a bad experience with the company not being able to do PayPal refunds right. Despite lots of complaints and help from PayPal, Eileen Fisher keeps giving echeck refunds instead of credit card ones. This has been going on for over a year now, and it's not okay for a company like this to have trouble with something so simple. I really hope they can fix their system soon so they don't keep causing problems for more customers.

    Don't bother ordering from overseas if you're unsure. Returning items will be expensive and you'll lose a big chunk of your money in the process. Customer service wasn't very helpful which left me feeling frustrated. I used to really like their clothes, but this bad experience has completely put me off. I definitely won't be ordering from international stores again.

    Trouser purchase, wrong size

    I just bought a pair of pants online from this store in my usual size for the first time. I've been loyal to this brand for years and never had sizing issues. But this time, the pants didn't fit right and I had to go through the hassle of exchanging them. I was shocked that I had to pay a lot to return the item using their return system, without any heads up or other choices. I tried to contact customer service to share my frustration, but got no reply. This whole situation has made me reconsider shopping online with this brand and has changed how I view them.

    I really respect what this retailer is trying to do with sustainability, but I've had some issues with their luxury clothing. The quality and sizing can be a bit all over the place – some pieces made from organic cotton, tensel, and blends are great, while others feel cheap and poorly made. It's strange, because I've got cheaper clothes that have held up for years, but these luxury items just don't last. I mostly shop online because the stores are small and don't have much stock, I only pop in when there's a sale. And don't even get me started on the sizing – I've bought everything from M to LP in pants and I still have no idea what will actually fit. Tops are just as bad, with MP, S, and M all being different sizes. And trying to talk to customer service? Good luck with that – I never seem to get through when I call, it's always a callback situation.

    Bug on website and bad customer service

    I tried to buy something on sale at this store, but their website had a bug that wouldn't let me add stuff to my cart. I got in touch with customer service for help and asked them to keep the sale price, but they weren't very helpful. They didn't fix the bug on the site and didn't help me with my purchase at all. I found their customer service to be pretty bad. It shouldn't be so hard to buy something, you know?

    Overpriced, poor quality clothing

    The customer service at this place is a complete joke, eh? Their prices are absolutely insane for such average stuff, and forget about getting any help if there's a problem with your purchase. I tried to return a shirt using their label, and it's been weeks with zero progress. Trying to get help is a waste of time; might as well call my bank to get that chargeback sorted now. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague, bud.

    This place is a total nightmare if you like feeling frustrated and like your business doesn't matter. They're super quick to take your money, but when something goes wrong, all you get are half-hearted sorrys or defensive comments like "What do you want me to do?" If you enjoy having your worth questioned while paying crazy prices, then this place is for you. The bosses really need to step in and talk to their staff before things get worse.

I was totally shocked by how I was treated and there's no way I'm buying anything from that store again after this terrible experience.

    Purchased items for returns

    The customer service for returns at this store is terrible. No one picks up the phone, emails only get automated responses, and the chat feature is useless. It's been over a month and my returns still haven't been dealt with. When I tried contacting them through chat, they just blamed the pandemic for the delays. Even though I gave them a tracking number, they said they couldn't find any information, even though I could do it myself. This lack of efficiency and communication has apparently been a problem since 2018. They gave me a "smart label" for returns, but after talking to USPS, I found out that's pretty normal. However, my return package, along with others, is still at USPS because the company hasn't come to pick them up. They say they're understaffed and can't give any updates, but they're still processing new orders. I'm not sure when or if I'll get my refund. I've heard similar stories from other customers who've had to wait forever for their returns, even before the pandemic. I might have to get my bank involved to figure this out.

    Clothing quality

    I recently bought some stuff from this store and I was happy with how good the clothes were. But, when I tried to switch my email on my account, it was a big letdown. Eileen Fisher doesn't let you just swap one email for another. The only choices they gave me were to stop getting marketing emails (and lose out on bonuses), but still get transactional emails on the account I wanted to disconnect. Or I could make a whole new account with a new email, but then I'd lose all my purchase history and bonuses. This inflexible and poor customer service for email changes really got on my nerves. It's not cool.
