Classic tote bag
I recently got this classic tote bag from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how amazing the quality is. Even though I'm in another country, the bag showed up really fast, just 3 days after I ordered it, which was a nice surprise. The package was simple but really good, with the bag all safely packed up in a dust bag and bubble wrap. When I opened it up, I was so happy to see this beautiful, top-notch tote that went beyond what I was expecting. I've been using it every day, especially on my trips, and it still looks brand new after a whole week. Leather tote bag
The leather tote bag I got from this store is really top-notch, eh? The craftsmanship is just beautiful, I must say. So, the delivery was super quick, and overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. But, I gotta tell you, I had a bit of trouble with their customer service. I tried to return something and I sent them three emails, but never got a reply. In the end, I had to get my credit card company involved to sort things out. It's just too bad that they didn't follow up on my return request, you know?

Cuyana bag
I recently bought a really nice Cuyana bag online and was totally impressed with how good it was. But man, dealing with their customer service really sucked. I had a question after ordering and tried calling them, but couldn't get through to a real person. Their phone just sent me to an answering machine saying they couldn't take calls and told me to email them instead. They said they'd get back to me in order of messages received. Not being able to talk to someone directly when spending good money on a product was really annoying.
Easy-to-use website and high-quality products
I recently bought some stuff from here and I gotta say, the website was super easy to use and the stuff I got was top-notch. But, man, the customer service was a bit of a letdown. I couldn't print the return label, nobody got back to my emails quickly, and the hold music was just awful.

I recently bought a leather tote bag from this company and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I spent a good amount of money on my order, but I had a hard time getting a hold of their customer service. Plus, they have two different domain names, which made me question if they were even legit. I never got a confirmation for my order, but they still took the money from my account. Finally, after one try, I got a response from customer service with a tracking link. But even after waiting 2 weeks, my package still hasn't been sent out. And now, I can't even email them anymore. All in all, it's been a disappointing experience and I'd warn others to be careful if they decide to deal with this company.
High-quality merchandise, but disappointing customer service
I recently bought some stuff from this store, and even though I thought the products were really good, I was kinda let down by the customer service. I tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times, but didn't hear back from anyone. It was super annoying not getting any help or even a reply from the company. I've been a customer for a while now, but after this, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again.
Broken zipper wallet
I snagged a wallet from this store, but the zipper ended up busting. When I tried to get it fixed up, they claimed they had no record of my purchase and essentially told me "tough break." After that, I ditched all my gear from that shop and swore never to shop there again. They oughta stand by what they sell, especially for how much they charge. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different brand instead of bothering with them.
T-shirt arrival
So, I ordered this t-shirt thinking it would be totally awesome, but when it arrived, there were loose threads everywhere! I was thinking, seriously, what kind of deal is this? I could find a better shirt in the discount section of the store! And when I tried to send it back, they asked me to cover some of the shipping costs! Like, come on, what a rip off! They didn't even want to give me a full refund for this lousy shirt. Not impressed at all.
Quick shipping disappointment
I bought something not long ago and shelled out more money for next-day delivery. But it's been more than 5 days now, and I still don't have it. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but when I called, I got a message saying no one is around, and when I emailed, I just got an automated response saying my problem is all fixed. This whole lack of communication and clarity is really getting on my nerves as a customer. It's making me doubt if I can trust their services and if I'll ever get my order.
Jewelry box purchase
So, I bought a jewelry box from this company and man, what a letdown. Ordered it on December 4th and haven't heard a peep since. Today's December 18th and still no clue where my order's at. Tried messaging them online a bunch of times, but crickets. Seriously, the lack of communication and customer service is driving me up the wall. This was my first time buying from them, and you can bet I won't be doing it again.
Leather Tote
I bought this Leather Tote and was so disappointed when I saw that the bag had obviously been mishandled at some point during storage or shipping. You could clearly see that one end of the tote was all wrinkled up, which is definitely not okay for a high-quality leather product. This damage really messed up the look and sturdiness of the bag, and I was left feeling pretty unhappy about my purchase.
