More backside views, uniform sizing
As someone who shops here often, I've noticed that there aren't enough pictures showing the back of the outfits on the website. It would really help us customers make better choices if we could see how the items look from all angles. Another thing is the sizing - it would be great if it was more consistent across all the styles. It gets annoying having to always double-check if a "large" in one dress is the same as a "large" in another. I think these changes would make shopping on the site way better for everyone.
Clothing and footwear purchase
The clothes and shoes I bought are really nice, top-notch quality and great design. Had a bit of trouble ordering online, but finally got it done. Noticed a mistake in the address, which was confusing. Tried calling customer service, but lines were jammed. Ended up using email to sort things out, which worked. The automated chat help was also handy. Once I fixed my contact details, especially my phone number, I felt much better. Lots of choices and styles made it tough to pick just one thing from this company.
3 sweaters
I was a bit skeptical at first since I had never heard of this company before, but I decided to give it a try, eh. I ordered 3 sweaters and to my surprise, they were exactly as described on the website. The sizing chart was accurate, so the fit was perfect, eh. The only downside was that the shipping took a bit longer than expected, but they did a good job of keeping me updated on the progress. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the products and would definitely recommend this company to others, eh.
Blue dress with floral pattern
Hey everyone, just wanted to share that I got this really cute blue dress with a lovely floral pattern on it. The website where I ordered from was super user-friendly, and I didn't have any issues placing my order. I appreciated that they had sizing guides available to ensure I picked the right fit, as clothing can vary in sizes. The only downside for me was that the shipping cost was a little pricey. It would've been nice if they offered free shipping for orders over a lower amount.
Yellow print dress
I was really hoping for a dress that was super shiny and sparkly, but it turned out to just be a yellow print. I'm so bummed, my friend would have totally loved it if it had some sparkle.

Lost order, out-of-stock items, re-order, refund, responsive customer service
Unfortunately, my first order got lost, so I had to place the order again. By that time, the stuff I wanted was all sold out, so I had to go with some other options that weren't my top pick. But I gotta give it to the company for their great customer service - they fixed the problem quick and gave me a refund. They really listened to my worries and made sure everything was sorted out like pros.

Dress mix-up
So I gotta tell you, this whole situation with the dress I ordered was a bit of a nightmare. Like, I got it all excited to get this dress and another one, but when the package showed up, it was totally the wrong dress and size. It was such a bummer not getting what I wanted. But, I'm not giving up just yet. I went ahead and ordered the dress again, crossing my fingers that this time it's the right one. I'm really hoping it gets here soon 'cause I've got this fundraiser to go to on Saturday night, and I need to look good for it.
