Hey there, so I picked up these really adorable shoes, but oh my gosh, the customer service is just terrible! You can only reach out to them by email and then they don't even bother getting back to you! I mean, seriously, what's up with that? All I needed was some assistance with my order and now I'm left with these shoes that just don't fit right. Super disappointing.
Never got my shoes
So ya, I ordered these super cute shoes like two weeks ago but then they never showed up! Like, the carrier messed up or something and I never got them. I tried to call and talk to them but they don't even answer the phone anymore, you have to fill out some online form and wait forever for a response. Like, how annoying is that, eh? And they don't even have a live chat so you can't even like, talk to someone in real time. They did give me a refund but seriously, I just wanted my shoes! And they didn't even ask if I wanted another pair, like come on! So I asked if I could reorder at the same price but they were like, nah sorry promo's over. Like, obviously it's over, but I never got my shoes in the first place! So annoying and bad service, I won't order from them again, eh.
