The redline backpack I bought looked awesome and was super practical at first. It's got a great shape, style, and lots of pockets and compartments to store all my stuff. But then, after just a week, I noticed the back starting to tear at the seam. The material around the main zipper and above the shoulder straps is really flimsy and tears easily. It's disappointing to see a product that started off so well have such a big issue. I'm in Canada, so sending it back for repairs would be a hassle and expensive.

I got this awesome backpack with tons of pockets for all my stuff. It's really tough and looks great. The material feels super strong, I think it'll last forever. The zippers are solid too, not like those cheap ones that break. It's perfect for all my school books and even has a spot for my water bottle. It's seriously the best backpack for me!

Zippers broke after a few weeks
I got three packs and they all had the zippers break within a month. In the beginning, the company sent me new ones when I showed them my receipt and the issue. But now, they're asking me to send the pack back to them at my own expense for a repair. Not cool, eh?
