Customized check order
I ordered some custom checks not long ago with a cool design I had made, but when they arrived, I found out that the picture I uploaded was too big and darker than I thought it would be. Because of this, I had some trouble using them for electronic deposits since the graphics were too much, and the written amount was hard to read. Luckily, I got in touch with customer service for help. The person I talked to was really nice and helpful. She fixed up the design right away, and now my new checks work perfectly fine at the bank.

I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered my personal checks on a specific date and paid extra for fast shipping. But when I checked the tracking info, I saw that my package was delivered to the wrong address. Now I don't have the checks I need, and they have important info like my company's account number. Having to wait 3 more days to ask for a replacement is just not cool. If this isn't sorted out soon, I might not use this company again.
