Concert tickets without annoying fees

Honestly, MEGAseats is the only site I could find that actually gave me a discount code to help me save on those crazy ticket prices. I just bought some EDC wristbands online. When I got them, I noticed that the seller had already registered them in their own name. That's not good because if I wear them to the event, they could say they were stolen just to get a free replacement. On top of that, the wristband is damaged and the seller kept all the original stuff that came with it. This is really worrying for me since I'm getting married at this event. I'm really hoping that customer service can help me with this problem right away.
