    I've been with this company for a few years now, and I gotta say, their customer service is really great. Whenever I've had issues with my hosting, they've always been quick to help me out. Ivan and Michiel have been amazing, always going the extra mile. I've seen some bad reviews online, but I think those folks just don't get the tech stuff behind hosting. It's important to have realistic expectations. Overall, I have only good things to say about this company, and I'm looking forward to using their services as my business grows in the coming year.

    Switched web hosting

    After getting a big price hike from my old hosting company I've been with for 20 years, I thought it was time for a change. It was a bit of a mission to find a new hosting company at first, but luckily I came across a real winner. Switching over to this new provider has been smooth sailing. They've lived up to their word super quickly and I haven't run into any problems or had to reach out for extra help. I'm totally stoked about this hosting provider and can't wait to keep working with them for a good while yet.

Even though I've asked for help from tech experts, it turns out the issues are coming from the server of the hosting provider. This has really affected how easily my users can access my platform. I'm really not happy with the service at all.

    Recent hosting support experience

    My recent experience with the support team was really disappointing, eh. I've been a loyal customer with multiple clients for a while now, but when I needed help with a client's move, the support I got was not helpful or professional, eh. The fact that there were no backups available was really worrying, especially when one of the level 2 techs said they couldn't provide one, eh. The service I received was so bad and not acceptable, eh. I think it's important to keep in touch with current clients to let them know about the poor support they might get, eh. Thank you, eh.

    Domain registration failure

    The company didn't keep their promise to register a custom domain for me, even after I asked for a refund multiple times. It's worrisome how they lacked integrity and professionalism. Now I'm stuck without the service I already paid for. I'm really let down by this whole situation and would advise others to think twice before dealing with this company.

    Ultimate package purchase

    So this company says they have unlimited disk space, data transfer, unique sites, email accounts, and databases, but let me tell you, it's all smoke and mirrors. They conveniently forgot to mention the hidden inode limit, leaving me in a frenzy to make room for my files. And when I brought it up, they hit me with a tone-deaf response, unwilling to help and showing zero customer service skills.

    Service Outage

    The service outage we had was really bad. We had no service all day and got hardly any response on the open ticket. There was no way to complain or get help, and not having a phone number for urgent issues was frustrating. On top of that, they messed up our payments, suspended our account, and took forever to get it back online, if they even did. They didn't seem to understand how serious it was for our server to be down, which meant no email for our 10 staff, no microsite, and 3 websites not working. This level of incompetence is just not okay, so we're going to find another service provider.

    I was so disappointed with the hosting services I got. My website got hacked and sent to another site in the same industry, which confused people and made me lose potential customers. This security breach is totally unacceptable and has really hurt my online presence.

    Recent service upgrade

    I just upgraded my service with this company because I was having problems with my big website. But since then, the service has gotten even worse and they keep hiking up the prices. It feels like I'm being scammed, especially since they can just up the prices without asking and then say they told you. That shouldn't be allowed - they need your clear okay to change payment terms, not just some sneaky email.
