The customer service for this company is amazing. I had a problem with a payment getting charged to my credit card, but when I talked to their customer service team, they helped me get a refund without any issues. I was not expecting it to be so easy, but I was really impressed with how professional and efficient they were. The staff was patient and guided me through everything, making sure I knew what was going on. As someone who has to fill out forms often, I find that using an electronic platform like this one is way better than the old-school way. I noticed that the program for editing documents on the computer didn't do so great with fonts that aren't typically used in English, like Sanskrit or Hindi fonts. In particular, it couldn't handle combined letters like क्ष स्त. It was really annoying since it made it hard for me to edit documents in those languages properly.
Free trial cancellation
Eh, so we gave it a shot, but honestly, we just couldn't figure it out, you know what I mean? The learning curve was just too much for us! We ended up canceling during the free trial because we knew it wasn't going to work out.
