Privacy invasion
I'm shocked at how invasive this software is! Once I installed it, I noticed right away that it was screen capturing and sending my info to some online account without asking me. I was worried that my private stuff like banking info and passwords could be seen by someone else. And on top of that, it's so easy to get around with a VPN, so it doesn't even do its job of protecting privacy. It's obvious that this software is meant for people who don't give a darn about their privacy.
Monitoring and filtering software
I found the monitoring and filtering software to be really not that great. It only keeps an eye on things in certain browsers, so there's a big gap for getting at stuff that's not appropriate through other apps. The VPN they gave was super slow, full of bugs, and kept cutting off my internet, which was frustrating. When I tried to renew my subscription after taking a break, there were technical problems that stopped me from paying, making me really annoyed. All in all, I was let down by the service and I don't think I'll use it again.
Subscription cancellation difficulty

I had to talk to a salesperson, which was annoying because I wanted something quicker and easier. They even tried to make me stay by giving me a "hardship discount," which seemed weird because if I could afford it, I wouldn't be cancelling in the first place. And leaving a message to cancel didn't even work, they didn't process it.

It just continues a pattern of dishonesty and avoidance, instead of encouraging honest conversations and real transformation.

I've been using this service for a few years now, and it used to be pretty good. But lately, they made some changes that really messed things up. I had a really bad time with Covenant Eyes. I was so let down by the Christian adult stuff cuz the pictures were all fuzzy and the app was super slow. Plus, I had a hard time canceling my membership, which was annoying. I'd suggest steering clear of this service. But if you're really into blurry Christian stuff, maybe use a virtual card for payment.
Terrible App
This app is awful, like really bad. It keeps saying things are wrong when they're not, which makes my parents not believe me. I have to disable my VPN just to go online, which is so annoying. And now they switched the logo to this weird eyeball that's always looking at me, no thanks. I hate this app so much, it's the worst. I'm getting rid of it right away, even if my parents try to stop me.

As a user of this monitoring software, I have found it to be pretty useless when it comes to filtering out inappropriate content. The screenshots provided are so blurry that it's hard to see what's really going on. It's like you need to be a detective to figure out if someone has gone off track. The app says it blocks sites like Reddit and YouTube comments, but it still lets people access porn, which defeats the whole point of having this software. Plus, cancelling the subscription is a pain. You have to call and talk to someone during their specific business hours in the East, which is tough for people in other time zones. I was hoping for better functionality and ease of use from this software.
