Kel Cameo birthday message
I recently found this website that has a bunch of celebrities that you can get personalized messages from, and I was really impressed by the selection. Being a 90s kid, I was so excited to see familiar faces from shows I watched as a child like Kenan & Kel and Game Shakers. My daughter is a huge fan of Kel, so I decided to get her a video birthday message for her 9th birthday coming up. The whole process was super easy and I was so happy with the result. Kel's message was so touching, it even made me tear up. I can't wait to see my daughter's reaction when she sees it in August!
Video Cameo Purchase
I just got a personalized video cameo and I was pretty happy overall with the service and the video quality. However, I did run into a little snag with the character limit. It included not just my message, but also the names of me and the person I was sending it to, plus our relationship (like friend, brother). This made me go over the limit and I had to pay more for extra characters. It would be so much better if those names and relationship didn't count towards the limit to save some money.
Birthday video gift
I ordered a birthday video gift for my son and picked a famous actor from a popular TV show. The video came in the mail a week later and it was so funny and personalized, even better than I hoped. I was so happy with the great quality of the video and my son really enjoyed it. I read some bad reviews on the internet, but my own experience was mostly good. Even though it took a while to arrive, I would for sure use this service again for other special events.
Birthday gift video
I am so thrilled with the awesome video I received for my wife's birthday! It was personalized and Jake Canuso sent it, and he did such a fantastic job staying in character throughout. My wife is going to love it, and I am so happy with how it all came together. I just wish I could thank him in person for making her day so great. It was exactly what I wanted, and the quality was top-notch.
Scam, no results, no refund
Man, that was the worst! It was a total scam - no one even contacted me and I didn't even get what I paid for. It's so bad, they should take it off the app store. Don't bother using it.
Ralf Little Cameo purchase
I bought a personalized video message from Ralf Little on this platform. I paid extra for a 3-day turnaround, but there was a lack of communication from him. When the deadline passed, he said he missed it and asked to reschedule. I tried again, but still no response. This whole thing not only wasted my time but also cost me more money because of exchange fees and having to send another email.
Got my video message super fast
Bro, I was freaking out about getting my video because of all the negative reviews, but OMG, it arrived super quickly! I placed the order and BAM, it was in my inbox just 10 minutes later. I didn't even choose express shipping, so shoutout to the person who made it happen. They really came through in the clutch!
Subscription service
I had a really bad experience with the subscription service from this company. The customer service is terrible, they never respond on purpose when I reach out. It's so frustrating because this lack of communication leads to my contracts expiring and money being taken because of expired credit cards. It feels like they don't care about their customers and are just keeping our money. Even though it may be in the fine print of the contract, this whole thing feels like they're stealing from us.
Mispronounced name, incorrect message, cancelled video
I gotta tell ya, my experience with this platform was super frustrating. I thought I'd give it a shot 'cause I heard about all those awesome videos people were getting from celebrities. But every time I ordered a video, it was a big letdown. First off, the celebrity got my name wrong in the video, which was a huge bummer. Then, even though I clearly told them what I wanted them to say, they didn't mention anything I asked for. And to top it off, when my daughter wanted me to get a roasting video with the free 7-day delivery, they cancelled it out of the blue on the 3rd day, when I still had 4 days left. I was totally disappointed and ticked off, 'specially 'cause I can't afford to waste money like that on my part-time job. Needless to say, I ain't gonna use this platform again for any future videos.
UFC fighter Dan Hooker cameo
I just tried to buy a shoutout from UFC fighter Dan Hooker, but it ended up being a big letdown. I paid for the shoutout, eagerly waited, and then got my money back a few days later with a note to try again. It was really annoying and disappointing. If a company can't even handle a simple request like this, I'm not interested in giving them another shot. It's just a waste of my time and patience. Bottom line, I was really unhappy with my experience on this platform and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Cameo purchase issue
I bought a bunch of stuff from this site not too long ago, but ran into some issues. All my requests ended up expired or canceled, even though they said I wouldn't be charged if I didn't get the items. But guess what? Charges still showed up on my bank statement. And instead of giving me a refund like I asked, they just put credits in my account. On top of that, the website said to request refunds through a different platform, but that didn't work for me - Apple denied my requests. Now I'm hoping the company can just give me a manual refund like they're supposed to.
Video requests for famous singer
I've asked the singer 8 times to make a video, but it never happened! I'm so disappointed because it wasn't done in time, and they didn't even bother to respond when I asked for help. Not cool at all!
Online purchase; deceptive practices
My experience with this online store was awful. I couldn't believe they took my money and didn't even send me what I ordered. It's so wrong for a business to do that. No wonder people end up feeling ripped off and angry with this company. I hope others are careful and don't get scammed by them.
Mixed Feelings
I was so disappointed with the packaging of the product. The box was way too big for the small item it contained. And then, it was saying it had six servings which was not true, just made it awkward if you wanted to gift it to someone. Honestly, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
Personalized video messaging
The idea behind Cameo is really cool, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I was so pumped to try it out and make a special video message for someone I care about, but I was kinda let down by how basic the platform was. The character limit for instructions was way too short, and not being able to include any extra stuff or details made it a real challenge to get my message across the way I wanted. Because of this, the final video didn't turn out as awesome as I had hoped.
Cameo order
I bought a Cameo not long ago, but I can't seem to use it even though I got it on time. I contacted Customer Service for help, and they gave me two things to try to fix it. But neither of them worked, and I haven't heard from them since. Trying to figure this out has been really frustrating.
