Glasses frames
I recently bought some glasses frames from an online store and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. When I placed my order, they let me know right away that the frames I wanted were out of stock. But instead of just leaving me hanging, they actually suggested some other frames for me to check out. I bought a pair of glasses from this store not too long ago. The price was great, the best I could find. But when I got my order, I saw that one arm of the glasses was missing the cover. It got me thinking the glasses might not have been brand new. Or maybe they were returned by someone else. Even with this little issue, I didn't bother returning them.
