Poor quality sheets
The sheets were terrible. They were all wrinkly, felt rough, and didn't even fit my bed properly. The customer service was a letdown too, and they didn't back up their products. I don't get how this company is still around.
Sheet set purchase
I bought a sheet set from this company recently, but was upset because it only came with one sheet. The checkbox for an optional flat sheet during checkout was confusing - I thought I was getting a fitted sheet for thicker mattresses instead of having to pay extra for another sheet.
Queen sheets that were a waste
I bought these sheets last year because everyone was raving about them, and they were supposed to be super soft and wrinkle-free. They were even recommended by the New York Times, so I thought they'd be worth the $160 I spent on them. But let me tell you, they were absolutely terrible! No matter how carefully I followed the care instructions, those wrinkles just wouldn't go away. I even tried ironing them, but it was a complete disaster. In the end, I just gave up and threw them in the garbage. Riley asked me to leave a review, but they never posted my honest opinion. And all the other reviews on their website were glowing five-star ratings - something seems fishy to me.
