Multiple ski pants purchased
I just bought a few pairs of ski pants from Peter Glenn online not too long ago. Let me tell you, that delivery was lightning fast! I was really surprised at how quickly my order arrived. The only hiccup I had was figuring out the sizing because I'm kind of in between a girls 14 and Women's XS. I ended up keeping one pair and sending back two. The return process was easy, but just a heads up, make sure those tags are still on and the items are in good condition for resale to avoid any problems. Oh, and it cost me about $10 for the return label, which I thought was pretty fair. I live in Las Vegas and, let me tell you, it's not exactly a winter wonderland here, so online shopping for ski gear is the way to go. And Peter Glenn has always been my top pick for all things ski-related.
Lost cart assistance
Lately, I ran into a problem where my shopping cart disappeared out of the blue before I could finish my purchase. It was super frustrating, so I decided to reach out to customer service for help. The person I talked to was really nice and gave me all the style numbers for the items that were in my cart before. With that info, it was easy for me to add them back and finish my purchase. Not only was the customer service rep patient and understanding, but she also spoke in a calming way that helped me relax. Even though I was annoyed at first, thanks to the helpful support I got, I ended up having a good experience.
Winter jacket
I just bought myself a winter jacket from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the deal I scored on such a nice piece of clothing. It took about a week for the jacket to arrive all the way from the East Coast to where I'm at in Tahoe, but that's alright. My last order from the same store came in way quicker, like in only three or four days, but I can live with a little extra wait. The package was a bit torn when it got to me, but the jacket inside was safe and sound, so no harm done. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase and the whole shopping experience at this store.
Insulated Jacket from Aspen
Eh, so I gotta tell ya, I've been comin' to this place for years 'n years, but gotta admit, this last time kinda let me down. I grabbed one of them insulated jackets from Aspen that was on sale, at a real good price. It's comfy, with that stretchy material 'n all, but gotta say, it don't look like it's worth $250. Kinda bummed out 'bout that. I'll keep it around for when I just need somethin' cozy, I guess, but it ain't exactly what I was hopin' for, ya know?
