Three onepieces
I recently bought three onepieces from this store, but had to return them all. I returned one because I found another I liked better, and the other two were the wrong size. However, my experience with the customer care rep, Jayd, was amazing. Jayd was so helpful and professional, she really knew her stuff. She made the return process easy and stress-free, showing what great customer service is all about. I'm really thankful for Jayd's outstanding service, it has definitely changed how I see the brand for the better.
Black velvet jumpsuit purchase
I grabbed this awesome black velvet jumpsuit from the store and I gotta say, it was a great experience! I had to go back twice, once to switch sizes and the other time because there was a little issue with the jumpsuit. Both times, John over at the store in Oslo really took care of me. He was super helpful, real friendly, and made sure I got all the help I needed. Thanks to him, I got my hands on the new jumpsuit in no time. The quality is top-notch, and I'm really happy with my buy. Cheers to John for being so awesome!
Recent online purchase
Ordering from this website was so easy, everything was clear and simple. I got my package earlier than I thought and it was amazing as usual. But, when I was looking for stuff on sale, the filters didn't show all the discounted items. It was annoying having to check the whole list to make sure I didn't miss anything on sale.
Recent jumpsuit purchase
I just wanted to say a big thank you to that awesome customer service rep I talked to. They really helped me out quickly when my package went missing. The folks at Onepiece were super efficient and professional, which made dealing with them a breeze. It's rare to find good customer service these days, so it was a nice change working with a company that cares about their customers. And can I just say, the jumpsuit I got from them is top-notch - so cozy and warm, exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the fantastic service from Onepiece.
Incorrect size order
Jayd's customer service was amazing! She totally rescued me when the carrier's website was down for way too long. It was so nice to have an actual person assist me instead of just getting automated messages. I really adore my new onesie and will for sure order from them again.

I just bought a onesie from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with everything - the product and the service. Jayd, the customer service person, was super helpful in helping me track my order and making sure it got to me on time for my event. The onesie is really nice, so soft and well-made. Perfect item, fast delivery
I just bought something and it got here super fast! Before, things sometimes went wrong because of me, like accidentally sending it to the wrong place or picking the wrong size or style. But this time, everything was great. The last thing I bought was for a kid and everyone loved it - the quality, the color, the size, all good. I'm really happy with my purchase.
Aviator Onesie & Soft Velvet Fitted Jumpsuit
I just bought the Aviator Onesie in "extra small" and the Alps Soft Velvet Fitted Jumpsuit in "small" and let me tell you, both outfits are amazing. Even though I'm 5'6 and 127lbs, usually wearing a medium, the sizes I chose worked out great based on the model. The only issue was the international website mix-up when choosing a country, which made the USD prices confusing. The customer service rep was really helpful and gave me a 20% discount as an apology. Overall, I'm super happy with both items and can't wait to show them off this fall!
Third order, address mix-up
I recently placed my third order with this company and had a small issue with the address. The package was headed to Munich instead of Amsterdam. But when I contacted customer service, they were quick to help. Despite the package already being in Germany, they were able to reroute it to the right address in the Netherlands in just 2 days without me having to do anything extra. I was really impressed and thankful for how fast they solved the problem. Thanks for going the extra mile to make sure I got my order!
Durable and comfortable loungewear
As someone who's been using this website for a while now, I've always had great service and top-notch products. Ordering stuff is easy peasy, and I like getting updates on my shipments. Onesies for myself and my son
I just bought two onesies, one for me and one for my son, and we absolutely love them! The material is top-notch and the design is super fun. At first, my son's onesie was a bit too big, but the customer service team was so helpful in getting us the right size. Now he's obsessed with his bright pink ski-instructor look onesie and wears it all the time.
Super comfortable jumpsuits
I absolutely adore my jumpsuits, they're so comfy! I wear them all the time, even for quick trips outside because they are just too cozy to part with. One time last December, the zipper on my jumpsuit broke, but when I reached out to them with some detailed photos, they sent me a brand new replacement just in time for Christmas. Now that's what I call amazing customer service! I've had a few jumpsuits from this place and not only are they comfy, but they are also easy to wash. I always recommend them to my friends!
Onesie purchase
I gotta tell ya, I was real impressed with the customer service I got from this company. My first order got messed up by the shipping company, but instead of pointing fingers, they owned up to it, said sorry, and even gave me a discount code. Not many companies would do that. The next two orders I made went without a hitch, and I'm obsessed with my onesies.
