As someone who loves shopping online, I like to check out companies before buying anything. When I saw some bad reviews about this one company, I decided to email them some questions before buying. I was really surprised when their customer service team replied quickly with helpful and polite answers, which made me feel better about my decision. I ended up buying a silk pillowcase from them, and I have to say, it was totally worth it. The product came really quickly, and it was even better than I expected in terms of quality and how it was packaged. Canada Goose jacket
I just bought a Canada Goose jacket from this company and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the prices were. I needed the jacket in a hurry, so I sent them an email. Even though there were some problems with DHL during the delivery, the customer service team got back to me quickly and sorted everything out. The jacket arrived on time, even though it got held up in DHL UK customs because of import duty/tax. When I got in touch with Oluxury, they looked into the issue with DHL Italy right away and fixed it efficiently. All in all, I'm happy with the jacket and the service I got from the company.
Awesome purchase
I was searching all over for this thing I really wanted and the other store I usually go to totally disappointed me. But thankfully, I discovered it at this awesome new place called Oluxury! At first, I was a bit unsure because not many people had mentioned it, but oh my goodness, it was totally worth it. I placed my order yesterday afternoon and it's already here in less than a day, plus I got a great discount on it. It's absolutely perfect, I can't believe it. I'm extremely happy with everything and I will definitely be buying from here again!
