MMA gear purchase
Hey there, so I've been a fan of MMA for a while now and I just bought some new gear from this online store for the third time. Every time I've shopped with them, it's been great. They've got a bunch of top-notch products to pick from, which is awesome. But what really impressed me was their customer service. When I had a question about my order, the folks I talked to were super friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was sorted out quickly for me. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything went down and I'll definitely be coming back to shop with them again.
Order was for a Gi
When the package arrived, it smelled like laundry soap which was really odd for something supposed to be brand new. The Gi looked like it had been previously used and had some discoloration from washing. The tag didn't look fresh and was all wrinkled. I paid $147 for it, so I expected it to be brand new, not used! When I called customer service, they were super rude and not helpful at all. They even went as far as accusing me of washing it! This company is a joke, do not order from them.
Clothing purchase
My experience with that company was so disappointing. The clothing I bought had a bunch of problems - wrong size, needed changes, logos were all faded. It looked worn out. The quality was not what I expected. And the customer service was terrible. It took them more than 4 weeks to even send my order, and they didn't keep in touch. I had to bug them for updates, and when they did respond, it wasn't helpful. They were advertising things that weren't even available, so that caused a lot of confusion. Basically, dealing with them was a big disappointment.
Apparel and equipment
I bought some clothes and gear from this company, but it was a letdown. They took two weeks to ship out my stuff, which wasn't a great start. Then, when my order finally showed up, some items were missing. And now, it's been four months and I still haven't gotten those missing items. What really grinds my gears is that I can't get a hold of anyone at the company. They're not responding to any of my emails, and it's just making me feel annoyed and disappointed.

I recently bought some MMA gear from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole ordeal. The stuff I got wasn't at all what they promised on their website. It was like they were trying to pull a fast one on me, and it made me feel pretty cheated and annoyed. On top of that, the quality of the gear wasn't even that great, which just made things worse. All in all, my experience with this company was pretty terrible, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else.
