    Unresolved return/refund issue

    I bought some stuff not too long ago but had to return two items because they didn't fit right. I sent them back on April 17th and have been waiting for my money back ever since. I tried checking on the refund on May 10th but didn't hear anything back. I followed up with more emails in late May and early June but got no response until June 2nd when they said they were processing my refund soon because they had lots of requests. But now it's June 15th and I still haven't got my money back. I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service for not keeping me in the loop about what's going on.

    My experience with online shopping was really great. I've ordered a bunch of things online before, but this company was the best in terms of efficiency and reliability. The ordering process was smooth, and my purchases arrived within 3-5 days, which was pretty impressive given the situation we're in. Plus, the fact that shipping was free both ways made it even more convenient. Returns were handled quickly, and I saw the refund on my credit card within 5-10 days. All in all, my online shopping experience was perfect.

    Inconsistent sizing, online return hassle in Europe

    I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service folks over in Europe. It was so annoying that I couldn't do a return online and had to send an email and wait forever for a response. The sizes of the stuff I got were totally wrong, so I had to send back a bunch of items. On top of that, the person I talked to from customer service was really rude. They ended up refunding the wrong order and hinted that I didn't include the packing slip, which I did. Even if I hadn't, they had the order number right there and could have easily processed the return without making things more complicated. This was definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

    Oh man, my experience with this company was just awful! I ordered a bunch of gifts, and when they finally arrived, they were basically just thrown into a half-open bag that was sealed up with packing tape. I could tell right away that something was missing, given the sorry state of the package. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's like they don't even have any! All I could do was email them, but they didn't bother responding. I've tried reaching out to them in every way I could think of, but no luck. Trust me, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company if you don't want to get ripped off.

    Black shirt and black dress

    I bought a black shirt and dress online, but when they arrived, I was let down because the dress was a bright pink fuschia and the shirt was mint green. I called customer service and they said it was a system error and I needed to foot the bill to return them for a refund. I was not happy because I had ordered black clothes on purpose.

    Jacket order not delivered

    Hey there, I ordered two jackets online worth $500 a couple of weeks ago but still haven't gotten them. I didn't even have a tracking number, so it's been hard to keep an eye on my package. I've tried emailing their support team multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. This was my first time buying from them, and I gotta say, it's been a letdown. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my order.

    I recently bought two coats from this company - one puffer and one winter coat. It's a bummer, but I've been having trouble with the zippers on both coats. It seems like the quality isn't up to snuff, since I had to replace one of the coats because of zipper problems. The cost of getting a new zipper was almost as much as the coat itself, which was a letdown. I was really hoping for top-notch quality with these Canadian-made products, but sadly, they didn't quite measure up.

    I ordered some stuff back in November, you know? But guess what? They never showed up! And worst of all, they actually took the money from my account. So I finally decided to contact customer service in January to ask about my order, and they told me it was considered fake or something. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them again, eh?

    I gotta say, the customer service at this place is just terrible. I ordered my stuff three weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped out. And whenever I tried to contact them by email, it took them forever to reply, always with the same excuse of having too many inquiries to handle. Plus, there's no phone number to call for help, which is ridiculous. They didn't even bother to let us know about the warehouse issue causing the delay. Is this really the kind of service Canadians are okay with? Pretty disappointing, if you ask me. I guess I'll be sticking to American companies from now on.
