Exciting but not quite right for my trip
I was really excited about the items I bought but they didn't quite work out for my trip. The fabrics were amazing and I would definitely buy again. However, returning them was such a hassle. It was a lot of back and forth with multiple steps over several days - emailing to ask for a return, waiting a whole day for a response, then getting another email to confirm the return for credit or refund, waiting another day for return instructions, and then having to upload photos of each item to be returned. I think the return request and process should've been simpler, like just one step with an automatic return label. The way it is now makes me not sure about buying again, even though I loved the fabric quality.
High waist jogger, cargo pocket leggings, and golf skirt
Just got my package with two leggings and a skirt, and I have to say, I'm totally loving them! The Lola Blue color of the high waist jogger is just gorgeous. It fits me perfectly as a size 8, but it's definitely high waisted so I'll need some time to adjust. The cargo pocket leggings are a bit snug in a Medium size, so I might swap them for a Large if the shipping was faster. But I thought I'd keep them for spring and golf season, hoping to shed a few pounds. The golf skirt fits great and is comfortable. I really like the scoop cut over a straight design, and it's a perfect mid-thigh length. Overall, super happy with my purchase and would definitely order from this brand again in the future.
Travel-friendly dress purchase
The reviews and videos from online bloggers really helped me decide to buy this dress. I'm super happy with how it looks and feels. The fact that it can be packed so small is a huge plus, especially since I love to travel. One thing I would suggest is to give some tips on how to keep the dress wrinkle-free once you get to where you're going, that would be really helpful. Also, if the material in the top and shorts had a bit more compression, it would be even better, but it might make it less packable and too hot for tropical weather.
7-item order, mixed sizing
At first, I wasn't sure about buying from this store. But, I was actually really happy with the way they treated me. When I got my first package, there were 7 things in it. Some were too small and some were too big for me. Luckily, they had a good return policy, so I could send back the things that didn't fit right. My daughter was excited to take the corduroy pants that didn't fit me. Everything ended up working out fine. Now, I'm looking forward to getting my second package and hoping everything fits better this time.
Jeans order
I just bought these jeans from this company, eh, and it turns out I got the wrong size, oops. So I had to get in touch with customer service to help me out with returning them, you know? And let me tell you, they were so helpful! The person I talked to knew what they were doing, eh, and they helped me out real quick to get the right size ordered and start the return process in no time at all. It was such a smooth and easy experience, I was really impressed, eh.
Well-made product with nice fabric, true to size, comfortable
The thing I bought was really well done, with some good fabric, and it fit me just right. The delivery didn't take too long and it was pretty comfy. But, it was a bit long for me and they didn't have sizes for petite folks. Also, they had lots of colors for regular sizes, but not as many for plus sizes.
Quick and accurate shipping
I just bought some stuff and the shipping was fast and on point. The sizes were right, which was awesome because I usually have issues with that when shopping online. When I had to return something because of the size, the customer service was really helpful and gave me a few choices for how I could get refunded, which was great. The pants I got are top-notch quality and super comfy to wear. I'm happy with my purchase and will for sure buy more stuff later on.
Recent clothing purchase
So I bought some clothes not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really happy with how it all went down. The website was super easy to use and there were tons of great options to pick from. This was actually my second time ordering from this site and I can honestly say that the clothes from my first order fit me like a glove, super comfy, and look great on me. I'm really pleased with my purchase and for sure will be coming back to shop here again.
Dresses without pull down shorts
I bought two dresses from Halara, but they didn't come with the advertised pull-down shorts. I was bummed out because of this and was getting ready to pay for the return shipping. But then, out of the blue, Halara sent me a gift card for a refund without having to go through the trouble of sending the dresses back. I really like that they took the initiative to fix the problem.
Purchased amazing products
I just wanted to share how much I love the products I bought from this company! They've really become my go-to items for everyday use. The quality is amazing, and the customer service is top-notch. Whenever I've had questions or ran into any problems, they were super quick to respond and help me out with any issues that came up with my order.
Awesome work pants
These work pants are super comfy and look so good, they're seriously the best I've ever had! All the bottoms I've bought here have been awesome and fit perfectly. I just wish they had a tall option too, 'cause the regular length is just okay.
First Halara purchase - baggy pants, cute romper
My first time ordering from Halara didn't go too well. The shipping took forever, got delayed by a few weeks, which was super annoying. And when my stuff finally got here, the pants didn't fit right - they were way too baggy around the crotch and legs, looking more like leggings than jeans. The romper I got was cute, but the fabric was too thick for a summer outfit.
