Luxurious beauty products with Ayurvedic herbs
I recently bought some fancy beauty products from this brand, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The products are packed with Ayurvedic herbs, which is awesome because I'm all about natural healing. What's even cooler is that the brand sticks to traditional ways of making their products, guaranteeing top-notch quality and results for the skin. I'm so grateful I found this brand and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

The skincare products I got from this company were really great, eh. I was so happy with the natural ingredients they used. They were gentle but did wonders for my skin, making it feel so good and refreshed. I liked how much care and effort they put into making these skincare products, you know.

Oh man, I was so excited about this night balm thinking it was all natural, but it's actually packed with fake stuff! I didn't even clock that the company isn't even legit Ayurveda. Remember to always check the ingredients before you decide to purchase, everyone!
Ayurvedic skincare products
My recent trip to the store in Covent Garden was not the greatest. The staff were really pushy and used high-pressure tactics that made me feel awkward. I couldn't even look at things without them trying to get me to buy something. The boss there even told the girl to ring me up before I even said I wanted anything. I don't like feeling pressured like that as a customer, it just made me uncomfortable. Even though I love Ayurveda, this experience has made me not want to go back to that store.
Misled by false claims
The products were supposed to be all natural and organic, but when I checked the ingredients, I found some questionable substances. It was really hard to get a refund because of this issue. The fancy store and all the buzz in the media might make you want to buy, but don't be tricked by how things look.
Skincare products
I was so let down by my last experience with this brand. I realized that their online prices are different from what's in-store because of expiry dates. That's totally not cool and kind of tricky for customers. After seeing more bad reviews and hearing about others going through the same thing, I've made up my mind not to buy from them again. I won't suggest them to my family and friends either. And on top of that, when I tried to get info about a store in India since I live in the Netherlands, I got no help at all. This brand is definitely not worth the money.
Face serum and moisturizer
I bought this face serum and moisturizer from this brand recently, and I gotta say, I'm really not impressed with how they turned out. Even though they cost a pretty penny, the results were kind of meh and didn't match the brand's usual standard. The serum felt tacky on my skin and didn't sink in properly, and the moisturizer just made my skin feel oily instead of moisturized. All in all, I was hoping for better from these products, but they really fell short.

I recently bought some skin care products from this brand and I have to say, I was really let down by the customer service at the store. I've been a loyal customer for years and always used their products, but the staff's attitude was just so indifferent, it made me feel really discouraged. I go to India often and have been to different places where this brand is sold, but unfortunately, the service has always been below par. When I went to the store at Khan Market in Delhi recently, I was completely ignored by the two staff members who were more focused on helping another couple that came in after me. It's just not right to treat customers like that, and it's making me wonder if I should keep supporting a brand that doesn't appreciate its customers. It's sad to see such a lack of manners and professionalism in a store that prides itself on selling luxury products.
Gift box purchase
I bought a gift box from one of the stores the other day, but had a bad time with the customer service. They wouldn't take back the sealed box, saying they didn't have a return policy. Even though they said I could exchange it at another store, I got turned down. They didn't respect my time or patience at all. So, I won't be coming back as a customer again.
Lip balm and face cream
Honestly, it's way too hyped up and not all it's cracked up to be. The customer service is a complete joke - the chat is never available and good luck getting someone on the phone. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. Just a terrible experience all around.
Night cream
I had a terrible experience with the night cream from this brand. Within four days of using it, I developed dermatitis which was extremely painful. I had to resort to using another product to heal my skin and get rid of the flaky patches. When I requested a refund at the store, they initially tried to persuade me to exchange it for something else, which I found to be unacceptable. It was frustrating to realize that the product, marketed as "all natural", was not suitable for use around the eyes, contradicting their initial claims. The brand's aggressive sales tactics were also off-putting, as they seemed more interested in making a sale rather than genuinely caring about the customer's well-being. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my experience and would caution others against falling for their marketing ploys.
