Two Watches
I recently ordered a couple of watches from First Class Watches, but, to be honest, neither of them really hit the mark for me. However, I have to give credit where it's due - the service I got was top-notch. The folks on the customer service team were super friendly and really helpful when it came to returning the watches. They made the whole process a breeze. They were professional, on the ball, and always quick to respond to my questions. All in all, even though the watches weren't quite right, my overall experience with First Class Watches was pretty darn good and I'd definitely think about shopping with them again down the road.
Watch purchase, price match
I just bought a watch online and then saw it for £75 less somewhere else. I got in touch with the folks at First Class Watches and let them know about the price difference. Rowland from FCW quickly said they'd match the lower price without any fuss. I got the watch I wanted and the refund super fast, it came the very next day. I've had a really good experience with their service and have used them twice now. I'll definitely be sticking with them in the future.
Watch for dad
So, yeah, I got this watch for my dad and it was really cool. It was cheaper than the other place I was planning to buy it from too, which was great! And then, get this, it arrived super fast! I ordered it on a Friday night and it showed up on a Sunday! Isn't that wild? On top of that, they kept me updated with emails the whole time. It was honestly the best service I've ever experienced. Seriously, couldn't ask for anything better.
Casio G-Shock watch
I really wanted this sweet watch and I found it on the First Class Watches site. I wasn't sure at first because there were so many good reviews, but then I saw they have an actual store, so I thought I'd take a chance. The service was fantastic, ordering as a guest was a breeze, and my watch showed up crazy fast the next day with DPD. The watch is amazing, I'm totally in love with it!

I just bought a watch from this online store, eh? They had a ton of watches to choose from and I found a good deal on the one I wanted. The only thing that bugged me was that the delivery guy just left the package on my doorstep without ringing the bell or anything. I even got an email saying they would hand it directly to me, but that didn't happen, eh.
Longines watch purchase
I had such a good time getting a Longines watch for my wife's birthday. They answered all my questions real quick on WhatsApp, which made it super easy. Plus, I saved a lot compared to a fancy store. The delivery was tracked and signed for, so it got here safe and sound right on time. I gotta say, I'm really happy with the top-notch service they gave me.
Son's 21st birthday gift
I got my son a Garmin watch for his 21st birthday, right before he finishes up at military school. He really liked it, especially since it's got all sorts of features perfect for someone always on the move outdoors. I made sure to do my homework before buying it, and I found that First Class Watches had the best deal by far, along with a great reputation for customer service.
Serendipitous online find
I stumbled upon this website by chance and it was absolutely fantastic! They had a great selection, the prices were unbeatable, and placing an order was a breeze. I opted for fast delivery and received my order surprisingly quickly with detailed tracking information. It was the greatest day ever.
