Just wanted to say, this was my second time shopping here and, man, am I blown away once again! I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the package made its way from Italy all the way to Los Angeles. The designer shoes I bought are definitely the real deal, no doubts about it. But what really got me pumped were the awesome coupon codes they have available for even more savings - every little bit helps, you know? Even though I had to wait a bit longer for my order to arrive, when it did, I noticed there were some issues with the product. There was a press mark and the colors around the button area were uneven. But, I appreciated how quickly customer support got back to me. I picked up my shoes last week, eh, but boy did it take forever for them to arrive. I was starting to worry that they wouldn't make it in time for the weekend! I shot them a quick email, and they got back to me right away, assuring me they'd ship it out extra quick. Lo and behold, I got my shoes on Tuesday!
Black leather boots
I got these really nice black leather boots from an online store and let me tell you, I was so happy with my purchase. The quality was amazing and the style was exactly what I wanted. The only downside was that it took longer than I thought for them to arrive, but they were being shipped from overseas so I get it. The customer service was great, super helpful and attentive. But, I was kind of bummed to find out that they don't refund the shipping fee when you return something. Like, really? It's 2021, come on. Hopefully, they'll get a warehouse in the US soon so they can be more flexible with return fees.
First order, good experience, slightly slow delivery
This was my first time ordering from this place, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the whole thing. It took about 10 days for the package to get to me, a bit longer than I wanted, but I can live with it. The prices were actually really good, especially after using the discount code and paying the local tax. I definitely saved some money on my purchase. I'll probably end up coming back to shop here again in the future!
