Returning customer, excellent customer service
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and once again, they've gone above and beyond for me. At first, I was let down when a 20% off coupon didn't apply to my purchase. But when I contacted customer service, they were quick to help and worked hard to fix the problem. And even when my wife accidentally bought something without the discount, they gave us the 20% back without any trouble. I really admire their commitment to making customers happy. Skinning Knife made from Damascus Steel with custom handle
