Seven large canvas prints
I just bought seven big canvas prints and I gotta say, I am super happy with how they turned out. The colors are nice and bright, and the images are super sharp - even better than I was expecting. There was a little problem with the shipping at first, but the customer service team jumped on it right away and fixed it up no problem. I bought a coupon for a basic canvas print on sale, but when I went to check out, I was surprised by the expensive shipping fees that weren't clear when I first bought the coupon. The cost of shipping was way more than the actual print, which made the whole purchase way pricier than I thought it would be. It seemed kind of shady and got me wondering if the company is being upfront about their prices.

I can't believe how expensive the shipping was for my canvas print! It's not fair that I had to pay extra for something that should've been included. And let's not even talk about the weird tax calculations - the tax definitely shouldn't be the same as the subtotal. I'm not happy with this experience at all!

I've used their services a few times now for different art pieces, and I'm happy with how they turned out. I haven't tried their editing service, so I can't say anything about that. The shipping was really fast, even faster than Amazon. All in all, I've got no complaints and will keep using Simple Canvas Prints for my printing stuff.

Misleading advertising, high shipping cost
Their marketing is so sneaky, always saying shipping is free but then slapping on a $24 charge with no heads up in the email. I'm fed up with their trickery and think that $24 for shipping is nuts, especially when the item isn't heavy.
