Detailed personalized painting purchase
The step by step process was fantastic. I really appreciated being part of each stage and having the option to make small changes if needed. But honestly, I didn't even need to make any changes because I was so impressed with your painting skills. I didn't have the artist sign the painting, but I would love for you to pass on my gratitude to them personally if possible. I understand that maybe the delay was due to the high number of paintings you all have to work on. If I had one small criticism, it would be that I wish it had been delivered a bit sooner. Even though you got it to me before the original date, there was a bit of a lag after the painting dried and before I got tracking information. It almost sounds silly to mention this, especially since I am extremely happy and satisfied with your work! Thank you so much, and looking forward to the next painting...

Personalized painting for granddaughter's birthday
The whole process from beginning to end went really smoothly and was actually pretty fun. At first, I didn't really like the picture they chose for the mock up, but the team was really nice and let me change it for a different one. The final mock up turned out amazing and it really looked like the people in the painting. I know for sure that my granddaughter is going to love the painting for her birthday.
