Heavy-duty vehicle ramps
I bought a set of heavy-duty vehicle ramps from this company and man, I was so disappointed with the quality. The ramps were flimsy and unstable, nothing like what they showed on the website. When I reached out to customer service to return the ramps, they were no help at all and rude too. They wouldn't admit that the product was subpar. It was a really bad experience that just made me feel frustrated and like I got ripped off.
