Radiator purchase
I recently bought a radiator from Autoparts Way and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how quickly it arrived. I placed my order and bam, just three business days later on February 10th, it showed up at my door. But when I opened the box, I saw that the radiator had been banged up during shipping. I snapped some pics and fired off an email to the customer service folks on February 11th. To my surprise, they wasted no time sending me a brand new radiator, which arrived the very next day on February 12th. I gotta hand it to them, the customer service and warehouse teams over at Autoparts Way really know how to hustle. I'm definitely gonna be coming back for more, thanks for the great service!
Panhard bar purchase for 1997 vehicle
I was looking for a part for my 1997 car, and Autoparts Way had the exact panhard bar I needed at a great price. I didn't want to pay the high price at the dealer, so I was really happy to find it here. The installation instructions were easy to follow, which was great for a DIYer like me. Now that I've replaced some parts in my suspension system, my car drives like it's brand new. It just goes to show that age doesn't matter when you have the right parts! I've been buying car parts from this company for a while now, and I gotta say they never disappoint. Autopartsway accidentally sent me the wrong part, but when I called customer service, they fixed it right away. They shipped out the correct part on the same day and I still received it on time. Plus, this is the only store where I can find parts for my super old truck.
Brake Disc rotors purchase
I bought some Brake Disc rotors online not too long ago. But when I went to put them on, I saw that they were the wrong size. Even though it was my fault, I contacted their Customer Service and they were super quick to help me out. They gave me a Return # and once they got the rotors back, they gave me a store credit. I was really impressed by how fast and helpful they were, especially since I was late in returning the product.
